Prameet Singh MD FAPA
Prameet Singh is Board Certified in General and Addiction psychiatry and specializes in the treatment of adults with psychiatric conditions as well as co-occuring substance use disorders.

After attending medical school at the University of Delhi, he completed his training in psychiatry and a fellowship in Addiction Psychiatry at the Beth Israel Medical Center in New York, a hospital of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
Until 2025, he served as the VP for Behavioral Health across the Mount Sinai Health System, where he was responsible for all psychiatric services and quality of care across the health system. The proximate decade of his career was spent in progressive positions of leadership in clinical care at the Mount Sinai Health System, including Chair of Psychiatry at Mount Sinai Morningside and West hospitals.
For the prior 15 years of his career, his emphasis was clinical care and education. Dr.Singh initially served as the director of an addiction psychiatry Fellowship and later as the Program Director for a psychiatry residency program for almost a decade.

Through his years in education and administration, Dr Singh, has remained intently focused on providing direct clinical care to patients with the most complex challenges. He is frequently called upon to provide consultations to other clinicians, especially in the area of dual diagnosis. Some of his work has been treating professionals and health care providers suffering from psychiatric and addiction conditions.
